1. Encourage Questions
   “Why is the sky blue?” “How do fish breathe underwater?” These types of questions are music to our ears. When your child asks a question, take the time to explore the answer together. Show them how fun it can be to investigate, discover, and wonder. This models a growth mindset and reinforces that it’s okay not to know everything—what matters is the desire to learn.
2. Read Together Every Day
   Reading is the single most important activity for brain development and school readiness. Set aside at least 15 minutes each day to read aloud. Choose books that match your child’s interests and don’t be afraid to read the same ones over and over. Familiar stories help build confidence and language skills.
3. Turn Play Into Learning
   Preschoolers learn best through play! Build towers with blocks to explore engineering concepts, mix colors with paint to learn basic science, or count toys to introduce early math skills. 4. Celebrate Effort, Not Perfection
   Praise your child for their efforts, not just the outcomes. Saying, “I love how hard you worked on that puzzle!” teaches resilience and helps children feel proud of their progress.
5. Be a Role Model
   Show your own love of learning. Share new things you’re discovering, whether it’s a recipe, a hobby, or a fun fact. When children see adults get excited about learning, they naturally mirror that enthusiasm.
6. Let Them Explore Their Interests
   Is your child obsessed with dinosaurs, space, or bugs? Dive into those topics with them! Visit the library, watch kid-friendly documentaries, or explore themed activities. Letting them follow their interests keeps learning relevant and exciting.
7. Keep It Positive
   Avoid making learning feel like a chore. Create a warm, pressure-free environment where your child feels safe to try new things. And remember, a little encouragement goes a long way.
